Is my email password safe?

Yes — it's encrypted at rest (AES-256). Scanning works by searching your inbox for order, shipping, tracking, and receipt-related subject lines — it doesn't read your personal messages.

Which email providers work?

Gmail, iCloud, and Outlook all work today, plus any custom IMAP provider.

Is it free?

Yes, ShipmentScope is currently free to use while it's in beta.

Do I have to enter orders manually?

No — connect your inbox once and new orders are detected automatically. You can also add one manually any time.
